Shipping Locations
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
Order Processing
Once payment has been received and approved, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using one of the following carriers, selected at our discretion based on the most efficient and cost-effective service available:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.
Any delivery dates or timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, holidays, or other events beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation when appropriate.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item.
Upon verification of shipping damage, we will provide a replacement copy of the same item if available. If a replacement is not available, we reserve the right to provide store credit or another reasonable resolution.
